Black Majority Churches and Domestic Abuse study

We know very little about how Black Majority Churches, those with mostly African or Caribbean congregants, respond to reports of domestic abuse. There have been a few studies om domestic abuse in churches within the UK, but with minimal inclusion from Black Majority Churches. To better understand how Black Majority Churches are addressing domestic abuse and experiences of reporting and supporting churchgoers, this study is carrying out: a survey, interviews with churchgoers and focus groups with church leaders.
